Confidentiality Policy

1. Purpose

1.1

Farlo Markets Ltd (the “Company”, “Farlo”) treats the information of its clients and partners as confidential. This Policy describes how we protect that information and the limited circumstances in which it may be disclosed. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which governs the processing of personal data.

2. What We Treat as Confidential

2.1

Confidential information includes all non-public information relating to a client or partner obtained in the course of our relationship, including: identity and verification documents; account details, balances, deposits, withdrawals and trading activity; partnership and rebate information; communications with us; and any other information a reasonable person would consider confidential.

3. Our Obligations

3.1

We do not disclose confidential information to third parties except as described in this Policy. Access within the Company is limited to personnel who need the information to perform their duties, and all personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations as a condition of their engagement.

3.2

We apply technical and organisational security measures — including access controls, encryption in transit and secure storage — designed to prevent unauthorised access to, or disclosure of, confidential information.

4. Permitted Disclosures

4.1

We may disclose confidential information only:

  • with your consent or at your request;
  • to service providers who support the operation of our business (such as identity verification, payment, platform, hosting and communications providers) and who are bound by confidentiality obligations;
  • to affiliates within the Farlo corporate group for operational, administrative and compliance purposes, on the same confidential basis;
  • to professional advisers, auditors and insurers under duties of confidentiality;
  • where required by law, regulation, court order or a competent authority, including disclosures required under anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing law; and
  • where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or in connection with a corporate reorganisation, merger or sale, subject to equivalent confidentiality protections.
4.2

Disclosures required by law may be made without notice to you where notice is prohibited.
